While the parts may be legitimate parts, I believe this video is faked. Compare the glare to the 4S screen to the 5 when he turns it on. The screen suddenly turns completely black (the 5 iPhone) compared to the 4S where the apple appears. I think that this guy just set the phones down and juxtaposed the iPhone 5 boot…
The Current iPod Touch has a retina display. The one missing from this list is the iPhone 3GS which appears to be supported by iOS6.
He means that the phone doesn't light up or the screen doesn't turn on when you get a text and the phone is locked for example. I had this problem on my HTC One X that I used for 2 weeks and remedied it with an app that was on Google Play that let you do a bunch of cool things with the text settings (quick reply etc)
